The Altavinis VAV 1XL is a special wine dispenser that makes it possible to pour wine by the glass from large bottles while preserving the opened bottle for weeks. A wine dispenser is particularly useful for large-format wine bottles (6, 9, 12 and 18 litres), as it allows the large bottle contents to be served for weeks. Without loss of taste or quality.
Altavini's VAV wine dispensers are expandable, compact, maintenance-free and easy to use. When the dispenser is activated, inert gas replaces the volume of the wine poured out and thus protects the remaining bottle contents from unwanted oxidation. This preserves the quality, aroma and freshness of the wine.
The VAV 1XL comes with an adjustable pressure reducer, quick coupling, flexible hose and a long riser tube. It is ready for immediate use and can be combined with the VAV 3 , VAV 5 or Altavinis Vario wine dispensers. Dispensing takes place as long as the centrally placed button of the dispenser knob is pressed. The precise valve stops immediately when released - nothing drips!
