The Coolare wine dispensers enable serving WBTG at the optimum drinking temperature. At the same time wine in open bottles is preserved for weeks. By using inert gas to pump the wine from the bottle and to replace its volume you can keep the remainder fresh. The gas inhibits unwanted oxidation in the unfinished bottle: quality, aroma and freshness of the wine gets preserved.
Coolare dispenser systems are cheaper to buy, easier to handle and do not require extensive maintenance compared to other systems (such as By The Glass®, WineEmotion or enomatic®). Furthermore, coolare systems are easily expandable for more botles.
Wine dispensing systems are intended for ambitious restaurateurs and wine bars who want to expand their range of high-quality open wines or upgrade their existing range. Compact and easy-to-use, winemakers, wine merchants and wine shops can set them up for wine tastings.
Coolare wine dispensing systems are equipped with either Wikeeps or Altavini's VAV dispensers. The supply with gas is realised with small cartdriges attached directly to the dispensers (Wikeeps) or by tubing to a central gas supply (Altavinis VAV) from a large gas cartridge or a refillable gas cylinder.
