The Altavinis Vario is a practical and elegant wine dispensing system that allows serving wine by the glass with the opened bottle to be preserved for weeks. It's the perfect fit for ambitious wine conaisseurs. Also wine shops, vinotheques and wineries make use of it for tastings of high-quality wines without risking the remainder to become spoiled.
Altavinis wine dispensers are adaptable (can be extended as required), compact, maintenance-free and easy to use. While pressing the buton on the faucet, inert gas flows into the bottle and replaces the volume of the wine being poured. In the bottle it works as a protection of the content from unwanted oxidation, thus the quality and freshness of the wine is preserved. When the button is released, the flow of wine stops immediately without dripping.
With the Altavinis Vario, 1, 2 or 3 faucets can be selected. Later on additional faucets can be added at any time. The elegant box made of oak wood holds the gas cartridge and the pressure reducer and for storage or transportation even the faucets find a place.
For use with magnum bottles, the system has to be extended with a
longer riser tube, which is optionally available.
