Orders
Orders in our online web shop - with invoice and shipping address in Germany - are only accepted from business customers, self-employed persons and associations.
You can order without having to register. After placing an order in the online shop you immediately will receive an order confirmation (pro-forma invoice).
Private customers are welcome to make an enquiry by email or telephone with us and we are happily willing to make you an offer.
Prices
Prices in the online shop are quoted in Euro (€), per piece or pack, net, excluding VAT and shipping costs.
Customers with valid VAT identification and shipping address in an EU country other than Germany are billed net (without 19% german VAT).
Orders being shipped to customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are ex. VAT. Any costs incurred through customs or Swiss VAT shall be borne by the buyer and are collected by the transport company upon delivery.
Shipping
We deliver parcel-compatible goods with GLS to the countries listed below. Large or heavy appliances are shipped by a forwarding agent. Most products can also be collected in Schömberg (by telephone appointment).
- Express delivery is only possible in Germany.
- Delivery to an DHL packing station only applicable after prior appointment.
- Maybe there is an additional charge for shipping onto an island.
- Shipping with a freight-forwarder is to the first door on ground floor.
Please check the packaging for any damage upon arrival. In case of obvious damage, make sure to have the damage noted on the transport agent's delivery confirmation and contact us immediately
