The Vinoserv compact covers the wine in the open bottles with a precisely dosed amount of certain noble gas, thus protecting it against oxidation. One to two brief actuations of the lever is sufficient to discharge enough gas to preserve the wine for 3 weeks, without affecting the bouquet, taste, freshness, or quality.
