This mixture of 80% Argon and 20% CO2 is a compostition of inert gas appropriate for preserving all types of wine. It enables efficient and risk-free inerting of the wine and thus substantially slowing down the oxidation process that gradually alters the flavor of smell and taste. One cartridge will serve on average 3 bottles of wine (750 ml). Wikeeps capsules are filled with food-grade gas from Linde Gas.
