Simple and maintenance-free "wine by the glass" dispensing system. This dispensing system allows to present your fine wines in the best possible way, to serve them in the right dosage at the right drinking temperature and at the same time to preserve them for weeks. It can be expanded at any time with additional wine displays - allowing you to create wine dispensing systems tailored to your needs and the available space.
With wine displays, you can expand and present your wines on offer by the glass without risk. Even top wines can be served openly without risk. The extended range, the first-class wine quality and the professional presentation open up additional customer and sales potential for you.
The Coolare EC5V is available from stock with the cabinet made partly from solid oak wood and sturdy stainless steel or wrapped with a textured black wood finish. More designs (see easy-cooler "five") are available on request. Two types of gas supply are available: The very simple micro pressure regulator "Micro" in conjunction with nitrogen cartridges as well as the pressure reducer "Vulkan" for use with refillable gas cylinders*.

* The wine displays with VAV dispenser are available in two versions:
- With pressure reducer "Micro for nitrogen cartridges (E941) with 0.58 or 0.95 Litre capacity.
- With pressure regulator "Vulkan SE" for refillable gas cylinders (food grade nitrogen E941) with 2-10 litre capacity. Gas cylinders and fillings have to be procured by you locally.
