The luxurious Altavinis wine dispenser for serving wine by the glass
The Altavinis VAV 1 is an elegant wine dispenser that allows wine to be served by the glass while the opened bottle are preserved for weeks. It perfectly fits for ambitious wine lovers, for serving wine by the glass in the catering trade and also for wine merchants, wine shops and wineries, who can use it to offer high-quality wines for tasting without risk.
Altavinis wine dispensers are flexible (can be extended as required), compact, maintenance-free and easy to use. When the dispenser gets activated, inert gas replaces the volume of the wine being poured and thus protects the remaining bottle contents from unwanted oxidation. This preserves the quality, aroma and freshness of the wine.
The VAV 1 package comes with an adjustable pressure reducer, gas cartridge with food-grade nitrogen, quick-release coupling and flexible hose. It is ready for immediate use and can be extended as required with additional dispensers.
As long as the button on the dispenser is being pressed - the wine is poured. Release the button and the precise valve immediately stops the flow - no dripping!
