This unit combines the functionality from Duraperl and Duravacu. It allows for an unlimited number of open bottles of still and sparkling wine to be preserved easily, quickly and also inexpensively. Apart from the purchase price, minimal electricity costs and an inexpensive CO2 gas cartridge filling every now and then, there are no other costs - so the unit pays for itself in a short time.
Duraperl system: Preserving champagne, sparkling wine, prosecco or other sparkling wines simply and effectively.
By controlled feeding of CO2 into the opened champagne bottle, the bubbling out of CO2 from the wine is effectively prevented. This preserves pressure and bubbles. In addition, the sparkling wine is preserved by the CO2 - it retains its quality and freshness for weeks.
The device convinces by its simplest handling: close the bottle with the valve stopper, press the valve stopper against the outlet opening of the device and wait briefly until the correct pressure level is reached - ready! Even tired sparkling wines are pepped up by CO2 supply and regain a beautiful perlage.
Duravacu system: Quick and inexpensive preservation of white, rosé and red wines.
Opened wine bottles can be easily preserved with the built-in wine vacuum pump of the Duravacombi. Apart from the purchase price and minimal power consumption, you incur no other costs - which means the device pays for itself in a short time.
The Duravacu extracts the air from the open wine bottle and creates a vacuum inside, which protects the wine from oxidation, thus the wine can be digested even after two weeks without loss of quality. With the electronically controlled vacuum pump exactly the optimal vacuum level is created to achieve the longest possible preservation without damaging the aromas and structure of the wine.
